CARLISLE RTC UPDATE March -
Our site near Kirkbampton is trialling Wheat and Barley varieties, primarily exploring the effects of seed rate on its light sandy loam soils while also assessing growth stage, green area index, plant establishment, tiller counts, diseases, pests and tissue samples through the season.
Helen Brown provides an update on the Carlisle RTC and discusses her plans for the site this season, including the drill demonstration plots.

When an event becomes fully booked we will remove it from the website as quickly as possible, but if you register before we do so (while the event is full) we will do our best to make alternative arrangements so that you can still see the trials!
