Agronomic Insights Specialist

As a leading provider of agronomic advice in the UK, Hutchinsons are passionate about providing our team with high quality trials data to support them in the delivery of advice. Working across our extensive trials programme, we are looking for someone to drive effective and engaging communication to our agronomists, Technical team and customers.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Create and deliver communications plans to provide updates and insights from trials activity, utilising new communications methods and platforms for increased impact.
• Build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders to create engagement in trials through the full trials life cycle.
• Project management.
• Use of bespoke software to optimise trial data collation and analysis to identify key findings.
• Attend and provide feedback to the team on relevant conferences and forums.

Knowledge and experience:

• Passionate about sharing technical knowledge and insights with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Power BI and SharePoint
• Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics and database management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of audiences and tailor communications accordingly.
• Experience in the agricultural or agronomy field advantageous.
• Full UK drivers licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK to visit trials sites and meet with colleagues.
