We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our team on a 15-month maternity cover contract. This is a full-time position, working 8am to 5pm, based at our office in Wisbech. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the HR team and assist with a variety of HR tasks to ensure smooth processes and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain compliance, new starter, and leaver documentation.
- Update and maintain HR system records.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including shortlisting and interview scheduling.
- Handle absence-related administration and producing reports.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate data entry and preparing monthly payroll reports.
- Maintain personnel files.
- Ad hoc project related support when required.
- Respond to incoming HR queries, providing information and support, or directing them to the appropriate team member.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
