Head of Healthy Soils

In this newly created Head of Healthy Soils role, you will oversee a team of specialists, continuing to evolve and refine soil services, expanding our market presence. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, optimising service delivery and supporting clients with tailored solutions that enhance soil health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and support the team, providing training, appraisals, and career development.
• Sales Growth: Market and deliver Healthy Soils Services to new and existing customers, ensuring a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Service Innovation: Lead the development of cutting-edge soil health solutions, refining processes and data analysis to optimise results.
• Training & Engagement: Provide training and knowledge transfer opportunities for agronomists, farmers, and industry professionals through meetings, conferences, and events.
• Cross-Selling & Marketing: Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and with our marketing team to enhance brand recognition and market visibility.

About you

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of soil and plant health
• Previous experience of leading and managing people
• Proven commercial experience with a proven track record of delivering business growth.
