Agroecology Services Lead

The role:

• Lead the development and promotion of our Agroecology Service, building internal and external awareness through engagement, events, and thought leadership.
• Train and support agronomists, creating a Hutchinsons Agroecology accreditation scheme.
• Champion the Agroecology Charter, driving its adoption and recognition across the industry, evolving as required.
• Deliver expert agroecology advice to customers, optimising their productivity while driving environmental sustainability.

• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with farmers, agronomists, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with leading organisations to stay at the forefront of environmental innovation.
• Contribute to groundbreaking initiatives such as The Helix Farm, balancing farm profitability with sustainability.
