About the Role:

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing, operational, and advisory support across the business and supporting with HR administration. Working as part of a team of five, you will ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently while supporting employees and managers on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll support, training, and development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, including benefits administration and personal information updates.
  • Support managers with employee relations, including grievance, disciplinary, and consultation processes.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR business projects.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and support the transition to digital HR records.
  • Manage and administer our performance and development management system.
  • Support the payroll process, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with new starters to ensure smooth integration into the company.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an HR role..
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in HR systems
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified.
