Trainee Commercial Support Specialist

Hutchinsons are looking for a Trainee Commercial Support Specialist to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience by shadowing colleagues, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to a variety of work environments, all while working towards relevant professional qualifications.

Learning will be supported through the Hutchinson’s Foundation, our in-house training programme that supports individuals looking to develop into specialist roles within the business.

What does a Commercial Support Specialist do?

• Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
• Supports business growth through development of client relationships and sales.
• Works with agronomists to keep them informed of key activities.
• Develops and manages new projects.
• Manages a client review process
• Builds a strong reputation both internally and externally and own customer base.

The role will be home based but with regular travel to our offices and customer meetings.
