Hutchinsons are looking to recruit Trainee Agronomists to join our team in the Kent/South East area. Operating throughout the region, our growing team continue to be ambitious and looking to attract talented individuals to the team

What do we look for?
- This role will suit someone with practical farming experience, ideally gained within the local area and have developed a network within the local farming community. You will enjoy building commercial relationships and be good at spotting and maximising opportunities to win new customers in this competitive area.
- Knowledge and experience of UK agriculture and crops and a passion for delivering the best advice to help achieve customers meet their aims and objectives.
- Personable approach, confident in building new professional relationships.
- High level of motivation and proactivity with the ability to manage yourself and your time.
- The drive and tenacity to develop a successful career and build a long-lasting customer base.
- Full drivers licence and willingness to travel to customers and for training.
