We’re looking for someone with hands-on industry experience and a passion for customer service — someone who’s ready to take the next step into a commercially focused role.
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll help drive crop cover sales across the South of the UK, building relationships with growers and identifying new opportunities. You don’t need to be a seasoned sales pro — just someone who knows the industry, enjoys working with customers, and is keen to develop their sales skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and growing relationships with existing customers
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with our agronomists to expand reach and maximise relationships
- Gathering market insights and spotting product trends
- Preparing accurate quotes
- Trade shows and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or crop production
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn sales techniques
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and confident communicator
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
