We are looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join our Sales Ledger Team. You will be maintaining a tidy Sales Ledger ensuring customer payments are posted and allocated efficiently, as well as quickly and accurately processing new customer accounts and account amendments.


Role responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that receipts (cheques) are banked promptly and in full.
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries – where possible answering customer queries and supplying copy invoices, statement, credit notes, etc.
  • Taking detailed and accurate notes to pass over to the relevant credit controller to convey the query in detail.
  • Taking customer Credit / Debit card payments over the phone.
  • Monitoring and actioning emails received in all the sales ledger mailboxes.
  • Opening new customer accounts.

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and problem solve


Credit control and/ or sales ledger experience is highly advantageous.
