Farm Business Consultant – Oxfordshire/Wiltshire

Our Farm Business Consultancy team link consultancy with practical crop production, environmental and farm planning services to support decision making on farm. We are looking to grow the team in the Oxfordshire/Wiltshire area seeking an individual who will support in the development, marketing, sales, training and delivery of our Services, continually building the reputation and reach of our Farm Business service.

As a Farm Business Consultant, you will be responsible for the following-

• Promote and deliver our Farm Business Consultancy Services.
• Brief and train our agronomists to enable them to support the Service and deliver information to their clients.
• Use innovative analysis to appraise your customers business, implement change and increase profitability including,
  • Business appraisals
  • Budgets and cashflow
  • Grant Funding
  • Contract farming agreements and management
  • In-hand management
  • Business growth strategy

This is a dynamic customer facing role that will suit someone passionate about supporting customers to build and run successful, profitable and sustainable businesses. You will enjoy being out on farm, working closely with growers to provide practical, impactful advice.
